WM Contour 450 Curved-Panel Edgebander

A dedicated contour edgebander for the parts a straight-line machine cannot take: curved bench tops, radiused shelf ends, kidney-shaped island panels and shaped seating components. The panel stays stationary on a vacuum bed while the banding head tracks the profile, so the edge follows a true curve rather than a series of flats.

For shops currently sending curved work out to a subcontractor or finishing it by hand with a trimmer, this is usually the machine that pays for itself fastest, because it converts a two-day turnaround into a fifteen-minute operation.
