A standalone CNC flatbed nesting machine for cabinet and joinery shops making the step up from a panel saw and hand router. The 110 x 47 in bed takes a full 4 x 8 ft sheet with room to spare, and the 12-station tool changer means nesting, drilling, grooving and profiling all happen in one program without the operator touching a collet.
Built heavy rather than fast: a welded and stress-relieved steel frame on helical rack drive holds tolerance under continuous production, and there is a factory upgrade path to a 16 HP spindle, automatic loading and part labelling when volume grows.
