WM ReturnLine RL30 Edgebander Return Conveyor

A powered return conveyor that lets one operator run an edgebander single-handed. Panels leaving the bander are carried back along the machine to the infeed on a driven belt, so the operator loads, walks nowhere, and flips the panel for the second edge without waiting at the outfeed. On a two-edge job it removes roughly half the walking from the cycle.

The 10 ft return length suits banders up to 22 ft and the belt speed slaves to the bander feed rate through a simple signal link, so panels arrive back at a pace the operator can actually take.
