A full nesting cell for cabinet shops that have outgrown operator-fed CNC work. The automatic sheet loader pulls board from a stack up to 24 in tall, the 146 x 83 in table takes oversize panels without repositioning, and the offload arm sweeps finished parts to a labelling station, so one person can keep the cell running while working elsewhere in the shop.

The 16 HP spindle and 12-station linear changer handle nesting, drilling, grooving and edge profiling in one pass. Nine independent vacuum zones mean small offcut parts stay held down late in the program, which is where most nesting machines start throwing parts.
