A space-efficient automatic edgebander for shops that need pre-milling and corner rounding but do not have the floor length for a full production line. At 11 ft 8 in it fits along a wall in a unit where a 20 ft machine will not go, yet it still runs the complete station set: pre-mill, glue, feed, end trim, fine trim, corner round, scrape and buff.
The pre-milling unit is what separates this from entry-level compact banders. Removing 1/32 in per side before glue squares the panel and takes off saw marks, which is the difference between a joint that stays closed and one that shows a line after the first humid season.
