A heavy-duty single-sided automatic edgebander for shops running production volume in PVC, ABS, melamine, laminate and veneer. Twin corner-rounding heads and a diamond pre-milling station mean a panel enters raw and leaves with finished radius corners in one pass, with no hand trimming and no second handling.
The infrared pre-heat station is the detail that matters in an unheated workshop. Cold panel faces chill the glue line before pressure is applied, which is the usual cause of edges that lift at the corners a month after fitting. Pre-heating the panel edge removes that failure mode entirely.
