A front-loading CNC beam saw for shops cutting more than about forty sheets a day, where a sliding table saw has become the bottleneck. The pressure beam clamps the full stack before the blade enters, so the bottom sheet cuts as cleanly as the top one, and the 12 ft 6 in cutting length takes full 12 ft boards without a second pass.

Cut patterns come straight off the optimiser, and the programmable rear pusher with six grippers squares and positions the stack automatically. Practically, that means the operator loads, presses cycle start, and unloads finished stacks rather than measuring anything.

Key features

  • Pressure beam clamping across the full 12 ft 6 in cutting length
  • 24 HP main saw with 7.5 HP scoring blade for chip-free double-sided laminate
  • Programmable rear pusher with six independently clamping grippers
  • Air-float working tables front and rear for one-person sheet handling
  • Automatic blade projection and scoring alignment from the pattern file
  • 21 in touchscreen with pattern optimiser and offcut inventory
  • Barcode label printing for downstream part tracking
