WM DrillMaster 21 CNC Boring Machine

A 21-spindle CNC boring machine for shops where drilling has become the bottleneck behind a nesting saw or CNC router. Shelf pin rows, hinge cups, dowel holes and confirmat fixings all come off one setup, and because the machine is dedicated to boring it runs while the router keeps cutting instead of queueing behind it.

The 21 spindles sit on 32 mm pitch in vertical and horizontal banks, so a full System 32 shelf pin row goes in with a single head drop rather than repositioning down the panel. On a batch of gable ends that is the difference between a minute a panel and ten seconds.
