A full-station automatic edgebander for kitchen and commercial joinery shops running production volume. Nine processing stations take a raw panel through pre-milling, glue application, edge feed, end trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, scraping, buffing and cleaning in a single pass at up to 66 ft/min, producing an edge that needs no hand finishing.
The diamond pre-milling unit removes 1/32 in per side before glue, which squares the panel and removes saw marks. That is the difference between a joint that holds for a decade and one that telegraphs a line after a season of humidity swings.
