A pod-and-rail CNC machining centre built for shops producing cabinet doors, window frames, stair components and other rail-and-stile work where a flat-bed nesting machine is the wrong tool. Six pneumatically clamped pods hold the workpiece clear of the table so the router can profile all four edges plus both faces in a single setup, with no spoilboard consumption and no vacuum loss on narrow parts.

The twin-zone table allows pendulum operation: the operator loads one side while the gantry machines the other, which typically lifts throughput 30 to 40 percent over single-zone working on short-run door batches.
