WM LinealBrush 300 Three-Sided Brush Sander
$18,600.00
A three-sided lineal brush sander for finishing profiled and moulded stock, where a flat wide belt cannot reach. Abrasive-filament brush heads work the top face and both edges simultaneously, following the profile instead of flattening it, so a beaded casing or a scalloped baseboard comes out sanded in the detail rather than only on the high points.
This is the machine that removes hand sanding from a moulding line. A shop currently sending profiled stock through by hand with a sponge block will typically cut that labour by ninety percent and get a far more consistent result before finish.
