A precision flat-bed CNC router sized exactly to a 4 x 8 ft sheet, for shops that need nesting and boring on the same machine. The 10-spindle drilling bank runs on 32 mm System 32 pitch, so shelf pin holes and hinge boring come off the same program as the panel cuts rather than needing a second operation on a boring machine.
The four independently switched vacuum zones matter more than the headline table size. Late in a nesting program, when the sheet has become a lattice of offcuts, zone switching keeps hold-down where the remaining parts actually are, which is where cheaper machines start throwing components across the shop.
