An overhead vacuum loader that lifts sheets off a stack and places them onto a saw table or CNC bed without a second person. The gantry runs on rails above the machine, the vacuum beam picks the top sheet, and the operator drives it into position from a pendant control. For shops where sheet loading is currently a two-person job, it releases one person for the whole shift.
Eight suction cups on a spreader beam handle full 4 x 8 ft boards and oversize panels to 146 in, and the beam senses double-sheet pickup so two boards do not go onto the table at once.
