A 51 in wide belt sander for calibrating and finishing panels, doors and edge-glued boards. Full 4 ft sheet width in a single pass means no overlap marks down the middle of a panel, which is the flaw that shows up under gloss lacquer on anything sanded in two bites on a narrower machine.
The twin-belt configuration takes a panel from calibration to finish-ready in one pass: the first head with a steel contact drum removes stock and flattens, the second with a segmented platen refines to final grit. For a shop laminating its own panels or making solid timber doors, that is a whole operation and a whole handling cycle removed.
